The Gazelle is one of the two animals unlocked by completing challenges as the Sika Deer. You may choose to be either a male or female Gazelle, females having slightly smaller horns.
Biology[]
A gazelle is any of many antelope species in the genus Gazella, or formerly considered to belong to it. The Thomson gazelles have light brown coats with white underparts and distinctive black stripes on the sides. Their horns are long and pointed with slight curvature. The white patch on their rumps extends to underneath the tail, but no further.
Life as a Gazelle[]
The Gazelle is the first size 3 Grazer unlocked along the main branch of the Grazer tree. Gazelles have fairly average base stats for their size, with their strength being Hunger. They also have an above average Speed, which allows them to escape all but the very fastest predators with relative ease.

Gazelles as Prey[]
Gazelles are a common sight from the early to mid years, especially along the Yamanote Line where they are the early prey of choice for larger Predators, if they can catch them. Most Predators will have an easier time sneaking up for a Clean Kill on a Gazelle, as they can move quickly enough to leave many in their dust. They are worth a good amount of calories, and often graze in small groups.
